A rep walks into a bar with forty minutes before the doors open. TradeProof turns that visit into structured data — not a report written up afterwards from memory, but fields captured while he is standing in front of the shelf.
He has to be there
Check-in takes a GPS fix and measures the distance to the outlet’s pin. Inside the geofence it goes green; outside it is recorded anyway and flagged for you to judge. A rep with a bad fix under a galvanise roof is never blocked from working — refusing the audit would only teach reps to stand in the road and lie.
The claim travels with the picture
Every photograph is stamped on the phone, before the bytes leave it, with the outlet, the time, the coordinates and the rep’s name. Screenshot it into a WhatsApp group or paste it into a distributor’s slide deck and the evidence goes with it.

One number, and then the map stops being a guess.
Every audit rolls up into a compliance score — a weighted percentage of the paid-for things that were actually in place on that visit. Averaged by region, it shows you where the money is working and where it is not.
